This is Top of The Pops not Glam Rock. The opening thing showing Glam Rock is probably from a TV Show showing a collection of famous "glam rock" hits. I've seen that opening image before on other Alice videos.

But he and his hits of the early 70s were absolutely part of the glam rock wave at that time....

It´s not the worst: Bowie,  Roxy Music, Rod Stewart and 100s others were part of that interesting and funny part of rock history.

I think "glam" applies to the look of Alice Cooper, but the Glam sound, from what I've read, was more a manufactured genre like Bubblegum-bands like The Sweet and Mud and Suzie Quatro, The New York Dolls and Iggy Pop were technically Punk-or proto punk-but they looked glam too. So it comes down to whether you think of it as a look or a musical style.

Actually this was from TOTP and Glam Rock was the compilation of the great glam rock bands and superstars that dominated the 1970s and although this was not a TV show and they showed this performance on German show Disco and even archive music show TOTP2.
