Hardly a "dynamic" business. Extremely hard work, get NO respect from superiors, pay is low. To make money, you break your back. You work with dregs of society,depending where you live in US. In the W US, it's a normal job. In the NE US, they figure you're too dumb to do anything else. Then industry outsources to places to where labor is even cheaper! I know! have done this kind of work for 25+ yrs. Up side to the job is you learn the tricks of the trade when you go into business for yourself.
