i do like Ray Mears but i dont like all the history stuff he does. So for that reason alone i prefer Bear Grylls as his skips all the shit and just gets the point of survival
With the bamboo you can make a canteen, just make a hole that you can seal back, and you are ready to go....also works great as a live fire carrier.....put some red charcoals inside with some wood and you have fire on the go....
Always try to keep yourself dry, mainly the feet....
