  • Your lifting that wrong. Your not meant to move your whole body back when working on biceps. That's why I do 25, I do it right at that weight.

  • work on your form, if you can achieve perfect form at 10kg for example and for some super sets, and after awhile you can up the weights, try upin your sets not your weights and always remember about form

    Even if you help with your back its still impressive, but if you want to be strong start deadlifting and squatting, curls should be the last thing on your mind

  • Why lift so much weight if your form isn't very good. Just lower the weight and work on good form, you will achieve better results anyway and your ligaments/ tendons won't be as fucked later on in life. But keep up the good work in the gym, just don't rush so much! :)

  • All you guys questioning the weight, that can easily be 50kg. The bar is 20 kg and those weight can easily be 15kg each. Those look to be the same size as my gyms 10kg-weight but those are thicker, so it can be 15kg each. All gyms don't have those huge disco weights that look cool but use a lot of space for no reason than disco builders feeling better about themselves.

  • Fair enough you can lift whatever that weight is mate well done! But you obviously cant manage it properly that’s why you look like that Trick is mate just lower the weight and gradually build your way up even a .5 kilo at a time (3/4setsx10/12reps if you got no particular goal). Exhale through the hardest part and inhale through the easiest. Never hold your breath. Take care of your diet and try never to have another 24 seconds like that ever again hahaha
