too much weight for a small and thin person like you.. reduce it hard and then you can do them without having to cheat and swing your body.. with this you wont get a lot of effect
work on your form, if you can achieve perfect form at 10kg for example and for some super sets, and after awhile you can up the weights, try upin your sets not your weights and always remember about form
are these plates really 15 kg? 50 is alot for curling biceps, so its good either way.
Even if you help with your back its still impressive, but if you want to be strong start deadlifting and squatting, curls should be the last thing on your mind

Fair enough you can lift whatever that weight is mate well done! But you obviously cant manage it properly that’s why you look like that Trick is mate just lower the weight and gradually build your way up even a .5 kilo at a time (3/4setsx10/12reps if you got no particular goal). Exhale through the hardest part and inhale through the easiest. Never hold your breath. Take care of your diet and try never to have another 24 seconds like that ever again hahaha

That bar is 20kg, unless those two tiny plates are 15kg each then ur full of shit. What makes it sadder is that 50kg isn't really a huge weight anyways

Fair enough you can lift whatever that weight is mate well done! But you obviously cant manage it properly that’s why you look like that Trick is mate just lower the weight and gradually build your way up even a .5 kilo at a time (3/4setsx10/12reps if you got no particular goal). Exhale through the hardest part and inhale through the easiest. Never hold your breath. Take care of your diet and try never to have another 24 seconds like that ever again hahaha
