I think the blast radius for hitting the JD satellite was something like 100km. That's a hell of a lot more than the area of any of the Fox Islands (of which Shadow Moses is supposedly one)

@crashyboi what happens is that you install an emulator rex, which equally agile and faster than ray, in fact without the emulator, ray rex would beat very easily, since Rex would have the speed and movements of MGS1

A few things I just now noticed (Even though I did this fight myself 2 years ago). REX fires it's Gatling Guns with it's Laser when it jumps on RAY, it makes this light robotic squeaking sound when it takes a step not like a "it being old" type of squeak but more of an electronic squeak, and that the roar it uses was only used once in the original fight with this, but it apparently is the only one it uses in this game? Weird. You probably all knew all this and are gonna flame me though...

Nice video game scene from MGS4 and great battle scenes too. REX is the best! I do honestly have to say though that in this battle, RAY would've actually been the winner. In the first place, RAY was designed to defeat REX and all of the other Metal Gear clones that have appeared all around the world in the Metal Gear universe. So RAY would've actually won this battle. However, thanks to Snake's will and with the help of Otacon, Snake was able to use REX to defeat Liquid and his RAY model. :)

This game rocks and so far MGS4 is one of my most MGS games in the MGS video game series and it's also one of my most favorite video games ever of all time as well as one of my most favorite PS3 games. It's so awesome. I still have MGS4 for my PS3 console and it never gets old. I still love playing it all the time and I've beaten it several times already too. Act 4 was really my most favorite part of the entire game though. :)
