Yeah - no question about that -would love to be younger - but I was restless when I was younger. I am comfortable with my body and what I know at my age. Problem is you can't look like this naturally unless there's a few miles and some experience on the body. No supplements probably eating twice a day here.
@drumsanddrumming I like to be in this condition- However, If i just kick up my food intake of 500 calories per day for a month- I will get very big and full. My training allows you to customize your physique. When you know what you are really dealing with, meaning, do you have real muscle, you can simply control your look by conditioning and eating. It is simple math, more calories bigger, less calories, smaller. But always, always good calories and always good training. Vic

(however- I`ve catched the flu two days ago, trained too much, got carried away, good lesson, less is sometimes more, even in the gym)

Conditioning is important to me. I never understood a guest poser coming to a show I was in without abs. I would think- "you're a professional"? I would never show up at a contest as a featured poser out of condition. Bodybuilding is about building, not getting bloated doing drugs and showing up. It is day to day.

@SuboticaSpartans there is nothing wrong with supplements they dont make you huge or give you an edge the most important supplement and only one i take myself is a good whey protein because lets face it who has enough time to eat chicken every 2 hours?

nice peak on the bi's, i'm guessing around 9-10%bf at this point? rip off another 5-6% and voila, contest shape. it's the last 2-3% that's a bitch though...
Some people use clippers, others get strapped to a machine or placed underwater, me, I just see if there's striations on the upper side portion of my ass, and yep, around 5% bf, lol.
You kinda look like a Mike Mentzer in that black and white contest pose, without the mustach or 'gear'.
