ACTS ONLY APPLY TO CORPERATIONS .. DO YOUR RESEARCH SHEEPLE !!!!!! NO CONSENT NO DURISDICTION .!!!!....I OR WE ARE NOT THA LEGAL FICTION SO FUCK OFF WITH YOUR GANGSTER FUCKING BULLSHIT POLICIES...ASSHOLES
Requiring a permit for a small group that is legally assembling in a private home is wrong and unconstitutional. Freedom of religion, speech, assembly, etc.. This law is not a safety issue as far as I can see. A good lawyer would jump at this case. Make sure that they document everything well.
When you are in Court you can say the folowing: I claim common law jurisdiction, I do not consent to contracts and I waive All benefits. The fact is that you have to grant the Administrative court jurisdiction...and you do that when you admit to be a "Person" (Corporate Fiction) or when you enter their contract (Guilty plea, Not Guilty Plea, No Contest)
No...you don't need a permit. Tell them to give you that statement made under the penalties of perjury. You will see that that will never happen. Look up the word "PERSON" in a law dictionary (Black's Law) it says "Corporate Fiction"...they make you a corporation and when you admit to be a "Person".
BANKERS AND RELIGION ARE THE PROBLEM!

Hundreds of American cities are striking down the unPATRIOT act.
They should speed up the striking down of all the tyranny spewing forth from DC that attacks a persons natural rights that they call legislation.

Declaring a person as a suspected "terrorist" without having to explain to a judge what makes that person a suspected "terrorist" ?
This is completely insane.

People being persecuted in the past centuries had somewhere else to go to escape but today there is nowhere to escape to.
So the people must demand their political servants to STOP this persecution or elect replacements who will STOP this persecution.
