  • This is a cracking introduction into Dogma 95 films

  • 3:58 No guns?

  • what is the name of this documentary?

  • Postwar Danish cinema is noted primarily for the Dogma 95 movement. I'm not surprised at all. Such country like Sweden, Denmark, germany, they always had innovation in history of cinema's, as well as philosophy and literature!

  • make rules to create freedom, gotcha

  • It's a movement of creative repression.

  • Thanks so much for posting this.

Very helpful for showing what dogme 95 looks like.

  • really interesting the facts of Dogma 95 style of cinematography, but, it took away all the artistic aspect of the first scene :( I mean it was destroyed!

  • This cant be dogme... it's gotta be in color.

  • This explains what Dogma is very clearly and in an entertaining way. Dont forget, Dogma came about before the youtube genreation and was important in saying you can make movies without having to be Hollywood. So now just take what you like about it, ignore the rest and make your own movie in your own way.
