@asianrapper209 Haven't hit close to potential in the LJ yet so no i won't be doing triple. Despite being good at bounding etc i'm not convinced i could jump over 16.50m
Care to explain exactly what this is helping with? I'm trying to put together a good training program for long jump during the off season so I can jump really well next track season, and tips you can give would be great :)
Look at all that spring! Nick, have you ever considered trying the triple jump, too? I think you'd do very well in the event.
