Well actually, you can eat your wedding cake on your one year anniversary. Just keep it in the freezer and then take it out on that day. I do that with left over birthday cake every year and then in like June or September when I want cake, I take it out (December 19th is my birthday). I loved this video so much and laughed so hard.
