If you were a real ref, not only would you be able to spell your own country, but you would see that any pushing or shoving can be given a red card. Another reason the ref gave it was to teach the kid to not do that in the future.

@mightyjet777 it depends what you've blown the whistle for really......if youve blown it after the guy punches him then the free kick has to go the way of the team who got struck...however if the referee here actually opened his eyes and saw he was getting his shirt tugged, the free kick would go the way of the dude who hit the guy in the face

its at least a red card to all of those people who thinks it is a yellow or nothing. it's red becuz after giving a leaning charge to the player he takes both arms and pounds on the opponent once, therefor resulting in a definet red card/
i did this once and i got a yellow.
