Its called Talkbox. It synthisies ur voice. Not to be confused however with what T-Pain uses. T-Pain uses an actual computer program called Auto-tune. Talkbox was used a lot by Zapp and Rogers. They made the song "Computer Love" and many others. Snoop recently used it on "Sexual Eruption"
