I really liked this movie when it came out. But in the back of my mind was that nagging feeling that this whole story line was just wrong. The little girl/older man thing. Something about it always made me feel uncomfortable. But it did make for some great dialogue. Creepy but interesting.

I'm sorry to all the ppl that like this movie, but i find it so creepy, I mean he's 29 and he's saying that this 13 yr old girl is hot and he loves her and he wants to wait for her, ...

@TheCarlliinha Yeah, but he's not sexually attracted to her body. This movie is all about ideal love versus real love. And Willie thinks of Marty as an ideal, and he therefore considered waiting for her to be a grown up so that they can fall in love. Which is ridiculous and he can't do it, but it doesn't make the connection between him and Marty any less substantial.

@SeeThinkFall I think its a complicated situation. Truth is, people fall in love with other people. I see a clear difference between some perv who tries to touch (and scar) a child, or a someone who falls in love with a girl waaay younger then him. Im now kinda in love with a girl who is 16 now, and im 25.... Thats not good, but i cant 'turn off' my emotions and putt them back 'on' again if she turns 18..... What I can do is wait for her... and Ill do that, and nothing more... :)
