I have a complaint with boost mobile. Is anyone here liking their service? I have a friend of mine who literally lives in the woods. The town where he lives has only 2 gas stations and prices are so ridicules. I have been to his house many times. Anyways I talk to him all the time and calls are dropped and always static. I send him a text and he doesn't get it until 3 hours after I send it then he complains I never sent him a text. Boost basically sucks. You can't get service in the woods.

@MrPrettyboiPop I agree. This is a scam. It's not that hard to get any sprint phone to run on Boost mobile since boost mobile runs on Sprint's network and is owned by them. I've gotten Sprint Blackberries to work on boost mobile that were CDMA only. It should be relatively easy to activate a boost mobile sim card and just pop it in a Sprint phone that takes a sim card like the HTC touch pro 2. The problem is that most sprint phones don't take sim cards and the HTC touch pro 2 is an exception.

@derekstaroba usually in order to get a CDMA only device to work on boost mobile you have to call over and over again until you get a customer service rep that is willing to do it for you. Most of them aren't as it supposedly goes against company policy to activate a sprint phone on the boost network. It might take an hour or two of calling, but it might be worth it if you save on your bill and don't have to get a contract at the same time. Personally I prefer sprint. but they have faults too.

Flashing isnt necesary. All you have to do is have a phone thats already connected to boost mobile and thats on a cdma phone aka a boost phone with no sim . Once u have that and a clean esn sprint htc phone u will have to call boost mobile and tell them that u want to transfer your account to another phone. When they ask u for the mesid or dec number it will show up as a sprint phone. When they ask u what kind of phone it is just act stupid and tell them u dont know and they will connect it

@cedesdipset i've had an 8350i flashed and that was a sprint and nextel. i'm not a master at all the flashing but, i would tell you that most of the sprint/nextel blackberries and smart phones could be flashed. i've never seen others be flashed but, could be wrong. lastly you could get them anywhere i buy mine from ebay. :) hope i was some help.
