People with migraine headaches, do not lose the ability to speak.

She had an MRI and other testing and the neurologist said she had what is called an "aural migraine" which has symptoms that mimic a stroke. They consist of loss of speech, tunnel vision, numbness, and an extreme headache. They are very scary and leave you in a confused state. One time I asked my parents what a rock was lol. Your brain just decides to go to sleep. It's just a major inconvenience, doesn't really affect ones overall health. Knowing that, I find this pretty hilarious lol.

The occipital lobe (vision), parietal lobe (touch), frontal lobe (problem solving),Temporal lobe (hearing), and Broca's area (generating speech), are all affected (basically the whole brain lol). If you watch the vid "Serene Branson explains it all" listed on the side you find that it was a migraine aura.
