Since this is a video of classical music I thought hopefully someone might be able to help me find the exact name of a classical song that plays in the the backround starting at 10:58 in this movie
Jet Li - High Risk / Meltdown - Part 8 - Chinese With English Subtitles in the search bar. I have been trying to find the song for the longest time-but no luck. Can someone please help?
Its a movie I saw but I cant get the classical song that plays near the end out of my head.
Some of it is very popular type classical IMO. But great and inspiring music nonetheless. I would have included (though it may not be part of your criteria) an excerpt from the Rite of Spring by Igor Stravinsky and Guglielmo Tell by Gioachino Rossini. You can't fit them all in sometimes.
@bighugejake: I agree that some of the pieces are popular, which attracted me to classical music to begin with. I became interested in classical music after hearing Vivaldis Four Seasons on public radio. I loved the outdoor performances of Beethovens ninth symphony. I discovered that a popular old Bollywood film song was based on Mozarts G Minor theme. I had Rite of Spring in mind and some Tchaikovsky pieces, but having decided on a dozen works, had to leave out a lot of great material.
@euch27 You may be right in your observation, but I am not so sure. According to the Wikipedia green flashes are optical phenomena that occur shortly after sunset or before sunrise, when a green spot is visible above the sun for a second or two. My video taken near Los Angeles, CA shows the entire sun becoming momentarily greenish off and on during a span of about 10 seconds. I dont know what to call this phenomenon.

Yeah, I totally understand. There's no way anyone could ever do justice to all the world's beautiful classical music in an appreciation video.
