I read that they actually dated for years in the earlt 70s. She is like 5 yeats older than he is. And she just left hollywood at the end of the 70s for no apperant reason. When I was younger had such a crush on her, she was like the chic next door gal. I wish there was a current picture of her on the internet, I tried, there is none

@connectdots Nobody can find another recording of it anywhere, so it was probably written by Jerry Goldsmith who wrote the theme song and a lot of the show's other music.
