I'll dig if I must, but what I'm afraid may come to light is one of those "legislative branch interpretation of law" things- that's not going to define anything clearly. I have a working understanding of the Constitution and (most) amendments, but honestly I need to dig when it gets down to finer points. Since you stated the actual law pertaining to concealed carry, it's safe to guess you did your digging and know the score.
