I think that behind the mask is Agent Strahm. Hoffman leaves him in the room where jigsaw is laying on the bed dead. Strahm cuts jigsaws face and makes a mask for himself. I mean LOOK AT HIS HAIR AND SIDEBURNS AND COMPARE THEM TO THAT POSTER. They eaven share the receding hairline!!!
