ahem....strawrberries and Fish !?!? i dont think so.....i suggest a good batter, deep fry the fish,deep fry some hush-puppies...some black-eyed peas....and save those delishious strawrberries for dessert silly !

Good job Chef SchiftHead...! I was trying to learn how to make blackened mahi mahi and what is BLACKENED and the only thing U explained was the salt and pepper... Thank You for that GENIUS.....Oh and when your showing someone your recipe don't say it's your sauce add what you want cause if we were making our own sauce we wouldn't be watching you Schifhead! Lastly thanks for telling me the pan gets hot I would of never guessed it!!!
