he never says "i am madara" and they don't show his face.

if it IS madara, then he is posessing obito.

madara has EMS, and when they show tobi up close, he only has the regular sharingan. so maybe instead of just reading the manga, you should pay close attention to detail and stop jumping to conclusions.

Didn't he say he had Mandara's power or something like that, which could mean that Tobi is Tobi and that he somehow obtained Mandara's power.
