my drums r broken cause my brother broke my foot pedal and now i can't do any song above easy difficulty should i get a new guitar hero drum set or a rock band drum set

It's whatever you feel comfortable on. I prefer the GH drumset because it's set-up is a but more difficult compared to the RB set.

When you play with a Rock Band drumset it changes to only 4 lanes because the it only has 4 pads. If you are using the guitar hero set it will use 5 lanes,there is no way to play 4 lanes with a guitar hero set.

Not sure if you have noticed but the notes come down faster it seems when using the RB set, not sure if they add extra notes elsewhere because of the lack of orange either.

Microphone? Yes.

Drum Set? Yes. The drum scroll condenses to 4 parts just like the Rock Band one. And to Activate Star Power you hit the Yellow and Blue pads simultaneously.

Stratocaster Guitar? No.

Fender P-Bass Guitar? No.

It will work. You just need a headphone splitter and a 2d Rock Band pedal.

All you need is a headphone splitter adapter that makes the single input for the bass drum a double. They can be found at any Radio shack.

If you are using the RB Kit you need 2 RB Pedals, and vice versa for the GH:WT Kit.

i plan on buying me a rock band drum set since it works for this and i also have rock band 2... but will it let me play on expert+? because i already have the splitter for the drums for the double bass pedals... one more thing where can i find symbols for the rock band 2 drum set?

how do you have your portable drums set up? like are they attatched to your old rock band drums or do you just have them on a table?

and what are the heads made out of? similar material to the rock band 2 drums?

I Gorilla Taped them to my existing RB1 Set. As for the pads? They are made of a rubber composite similar to the RB2 sets. The only downside is that you only get good rebound with the rubber tipped sticks that come with them.

Honestly they work better than any RB Drumset I've had in the past. Great rebound, just don't expect to use any other sticks other than the ones that come with it. The sticks aren't bad, they're just plastic with rubber heads on them. They work great. Check the forum link in the More Info section to the right of the vid. You will see my set-up.
