Actually it's a complete rip off of Jamie Cullum's song "Frontin'" the lyrics are verbatim with the exception of Jay's part. Except the white British Jazz singer sings it a whole lot better and i guess Pharrell must realize Cullum is a heck of a lot better song writer too.

Actually it is not a rip off of Jamie Cullums, The Neptunes wrote and released this song and Jamie Cullen added his own "flava", (which I like). The Neptunes heard the different style from Cullen and liked it btw.
