Fished the Whirinaki a bit upstream of the falls on 14 Feb 10 with NZ guide John Hamill. Caught two nice (3lbs +) 'Bows on a dry fly. Wonderful trip to a beautiful river chock full of big trout. Shame we had a short time on the water, but had to get back to our ship. (MS Volendam):-D
