The easiest way would be to just find an area where the tide shifts quickly and noticeably, or to just film it over several days so the actual high tide line shifts; alternatively, you can just put everything on platforms and slowly lower it into the water (which is way faster, though it might be difficult to set up some of the larger structures).

i personally believe that the 95+% of climate scientists who think human co2 emissions are causing global warming are all part of a giant conspiracy. they're all paid off by Al Gore, and the oil and gas industries could not possibly hope to outspend the Big Gore lobby
