I've heard a lot of people saying that the keypad on the W580i brakes really easy.. But I,ve had mine for around a year and still works pretty good. Maybe they just had bad luck with their phones..

Actually both are not bad...

I think it's fixable, probably the display is broken. I read much reviews of people with broken keys. They had to send their phone back to Sony Ericsson and after a month they still didn't get their cellphone back. I think the best way is to go to the shop where you bought it, and show them your problem. They will probably repair it or send you to a good repair-shop.

It's true, the buttons crack, but especially on the Mysterious Green version.

I didn't hear if the buttons would crack on the Copper one..

In the colorations ice purple and contrasted copper the keys don't crack him!!be sure, trust an experienced in subject!!

After having had for 2 months the mysterious green, noticing that the keys immediately crack him,

have decided to change the coloration and I am now very well me!!for me the ice purple is the best of the four!! XD

I have been having him for 2 months and is perfectly intact and new!!

I recommend the 2 last colorations to all the parties!!

This jail cell is stupendous, I have him ankio in the coloration Ice Purple... ke according to my judgment is the coloration + beautiful of everybody!!!XD and' a cell to be purchased, the punishment is worth indeed for his of it special characteristics and sopratt for the motive Everchanging... Actually i don't know Purple.

I've never seen a picture of it's bag side.
