It's so annoying that endersfan went 2 all that trouble of uploading the full episode to this and hundreds more and then the BBC put in a complaint and all the videos were removed. why can't fans enjoy the videos?? its all well and good BBC WORLDWIDE coming along but then they only upload a 2min video. whats the point? why cant u just put up the whole episode? god how annoying.

Well said Lynda. At one time there were so many great Eastenders videos on youtube, but thanks to the BBC all we have now are stupid little teasers. Makes me happy I don't bother with a TV licence.

I saw June Brown in an 1976 episode of the Sweeney, she was a smoker then. So if her fictional character did have cancer in East Enders then I'm surprised that she hasn't got cancer in real life.

Yes! Superb performances from Leslie Grantham and June Brown, showing (as if there were any doubt) that they are both brilliant actors. And here we have some of the best writing (Dot's summing up of Den's life, and his responses to her!! Brilliant!) for two iconic EE characters. A gem of a scene. An amazing scene, where all the best elements of EE come together. I think Leslie and June must have really loved having this wonderful scene together. Wish I could see the entire episode.
