  • What's with all the hate? Sick ass riders to me.

<-- Hopes to get that good someday and make it out to The Snake and be in one of rnickeymouse's vids...

    Not crashing, of course. :p

  • fucking knightrider bike looks gay!

  • @hurra061976 thanks! tool.......

  • darko has a great body positioning.what is he doing different than the others?

  • i like the body position of the cbr

  • 0:58 awesome shot!

  • Your videos are always awesome, but this is something else! Wow. Keep it up.

  • what headlight mod is on that black r6??????

  • @Unometeeter led mod :D haha

  • pause at 1:01 full screen :D:D

  • Search for Darko to see another video of the black r6

  • that's how it's done folks....

  • Why the fuck do I live it flat, straight roaded ass Illinois???? This looks like heaven to me.

  • Awesome footage!

  • That bike looks like something fresh out of Tron.

  • R6 rider is SUPEEEEEEERRRRRR

  • That's pretty badass...I bet those rocks hurt...lol

  • AKA: Duke Nukem to his friends...lol

  • Load up 720p.

    Pause at 1:01.

    Epic numberplate.

  • Boring !!

  • That stealth bike is AWESOME!

  • That is some slick riding

  • that is a badass r6 especialy with those lights

  • @leedaocheng havent you ever driven a bicycle?

  • Comment removed

  • Is he gonna fix that light? lool

  • @OVERCAPITALIZE I disconnected the right lamp for track days, so when the switch is set to low beam, no lights are on. I use the high beam setting while riding in traffic to help people see me. I forgot to switch it back to low beam during the filming.

  • very cool

  • this wuld be good for supermoto

  • Organ Donor Day on the Snake. These assholes should take it to the track before they get killed.

  • @Muzzy337 Thats the point: _They_ get killed.

So it's not you're goddamn business, just let them ride.

  • @ololorfl Why don't you go fuck yourself, asshole. Those douchebags are ruining a good thing for everybody.

    Asshole.

  • @Muzzy337 Probably shouldn't talk about things you don't know about, because from someone who does, calling people assholes, douchebags, and organ donor of the day makes you look the worst of all.

  • @dhfgkhjdfsdfgt Piss off, wanker.

  • @Muzzy337 That's it, I was hoping for more.

  • @Muzzy337 That's it, I was hoping for more. 1. They do trackdays ALL THE TIME. 2. Filmed on a monday, notice how few people were caught on video besides them. I could go on, but keep talking without knowing anything, makes you look awesome.

  • @Muzzy337 Get off my Interwebs, boy.

  • @ololorfl Were you born an asshole or did you take lessons?

  • @Muzzy337 still on my interwebs, little man

  • Com

  • sweet.

  • @mickeymouse, is this your job or you just do this for fun?

    nice video's

  • Smooth throttle control + good body positioning... Surprise surprise, no crashing.

  • Can you buy a headlight assembly like one Darkos yamaha??? If so...I WANT!

  • @turrock All he probably did was buy race plastics, drill some select holes, run an LED strip. Boom, done.

  • everytime i see darkos bike in one of rnickeys videos it always looks different

  • No akrapoviĆ?!??!??!?!?!

  • Excelente rideres!

  • just wow. i couldnt take those corners this fast and clean even if my life depended on it.

  • @davidebender79 Don't! Because if you did... it would!

  • is the right headlight out on the honda?

  • @barclay2099 the right headlight only comes on if you turn on the high beams and the left stays on all the time. thats how it works with most sportbikes

  • hilarious with that knee down...

  • @leedaocheng The gyroscopic effect increases as parts rotate faster on the bike, so more throttle is one way to straighten the bike out. Lean angle is also controlled by counter-steering which is simply a centripetal force balanced against gravity, so steering is another way to straighten the bike out. Lastly, asymmetrical loading of weight on the foot pegs will also contribute to lean angle, so shifting one's body weight from side to side is yet another way to control lean angle.

  • @chiangxiong more throttle will increase the gyroscopic affect which will actually work against straightening a bike out

  • @bscutajar By "straightening out" I mean the bike will return to the vertical position; i.e. the lean angle will be reduced. The gyroscopic effect is what causes the bike to want to return and stay in the vertical/neutral position. Maybe I wasn't being very clear.

  • @chiangxiong Exactly. As the bike increases speed while having a lean angle, the bike will want to retain that lean angle, thus more difficult to straight out. The only reason your bike straightens out as you apply more throttle is because of centrifugal force.

  • @bscutajar You're a little mixed up here, but I can help. First, ignore the centripetal/centrifugal force and imagine a bike traveling in a straight line. At 30 mph it is easy to initiate a particular lean angle, but at 90 mph its relatively difficult to initiate the same lean angle. This tightening of the steering is due to the gyroscopic force. When changing lanes on the highway or on a city street the centripetal force is not significant, only gravity and the gyroscopic forces are.

  • @bscutajar During a sharp turn, the centripetal force becomes significant, but the gyroscopic force remains; both balance the force of gravity, but in slightly different ways. More simply put, the gyroscopic force wants to return the bike to a vertical position, while the centripetal force wants to force the bike away from the center of the circle at a tangent laterally. Suffice it to say, both forces are acting against gravity. This can get very long and the character limits are low.

  • @chiangxiong "More simply put, the gyroscopic force wants to return the bike to a vertical position" No it doesn't. You seem to be educated enough for this discussion to be worth it so I'm gonna continue with it. Gyroscopes work such that, the faster something spins, the more it wants to retain it's position angular-wise. That means that the faster it turns WHILE leaned to one side, the more it wants to stay to one side.

  • @bscutajar There is not much else I can say if you're not able to get it by now. More examples? Ok! Take a moderate turn on your bike and midway through jump right off of it. Now, what happens? If only a centripetal force were acting the bike would instantly highside and flip violently, but it doesn't; it returns back to the vertical, neutral position and ghost rides by itself until its speed is reduced to the point where the gyroscopic forces become too weak to hold it up.

  • @chiangxiong instead of giving me examples to justify your point, can you please point out exactly where i'm wrong?

  • @bscutajar If a gyroscope stayed to one side when it was pushed from its happy neutral position, it would be useless for stabilization, compasses, and general balance. The reason we use them, is because they return to a natural position that is beneficial to whatever machine is making use of it.

  • @chiangxiong the natural position of a gyroscope is a horizontal plane due to the earth's gravity. it does not want to be vertical.

  • @bscutajar The gyroscopic force doesn't just come from the wheels and it certainly isn't the only force in play, but it is significant. Links can't be posted in comments, so watch video: 8H98BgRzpOM

  • @chiangxiong Your video just proves my point. The better the gyro force, the more it wants to stay in its position. Making the gyroscopic force of the wheels more effective WHILE leaned in, will make the whole bike want to stay LEANED IN

  • @chiangxiong whatever nerd... Just kidding way to put it into words.

  • Cool!

  • nice !!! merci beaucoup ! belle maitrise !!!

  • i think i just jizzed in mi pants

  • Whats with the Halo around the bikes? they angels or summat?

  • The guy on the black R6 is one of the best riders ive ever seen. He is in at least one other video on this channel.

  • @rmj2n Ever seen? ever heard or motogp, or pretty much any well known racing series, every last one is quicker than that gimp

  • @TeenagePanther511 To call people names because their not professional racers does not make sense. If the world played by your rules, then only a chosen few could obtain a compliment.... On that note, how do you think you fair in the eyes of others? Just by looking at your inability to formulate a cohesive sentence, I would have to say your not looking to good.

  • @bassgypsy00 To call someone who is clearly not the fastest person you have ever seen "the fastest person I have ever seen" is plain idiotic, I called him a gimp because lets face it, he really isn't too great, and I race semi pro motocross and I can assure you within the time this guy has had on a road bike I would be a darn sight better than him, unless this video makes the guy look slower of course, I am not hating anyone and wish everyone to achieve what they want, speedwise...

  • @TeenagePanther511 Forgot to mention, there is a BIG difference between track speeds and canyon speeds, but you weren't too aware of that as you compared my canyon riding to track riding, were you? You'd have to of spent some time in the canyons and at the track on a sportbike to know that. Do you see where I'm heading.......but perhaps if you were an expert class racer spending some with me in a group at a trackday your opinion of me as a gimp on a bike might change..

  • @dhfgkhjdfsdfgt My use of the word gimp wasn't a forceful one, chill out dude, I take back what I said now it has been explained to me, I respect any biker out there, at the end of the day its all about fun, I didn't mean to disrespect you and "gimp" was just a way of me putting my point across, I am sorry if that offended you, happy riding...

  • @TeenagePanther511 Perhaps you miss understood rmj2n meaning. If rmj2n is a local rider and found Darko to be the fastert rider on the Snake he has ever seen, then his statement "the fastest person I have ever seen" rings true. As you pointed out, his comment lacked detail to truely understanding his statement, so your name calling was unjustified. We all love riding motorcycles,so lets be more respect toward each other.

  • @bassgypsy00 I did and I am sorry about that, he is pretty fast on these roads, I hadn't seen other riders going round so didn't have any comparison, but now I have seen them these guys and especially the "gimp" (I withdraw that comment) I can see they are hauling for the roads, but you can see how I got confused and posted a reply to the initial comment, I didn't mean offence I was just confused about the comment, there was no meaning or forcefulness intended...

  • would love some roads like that here =/ im from Manchester, U.K we got a few good corners on twisty roads but thats it =/ nothing like this!!!

  • @leedaocheng you countersteer but the bike actually wants to go straight and up by itself.

  • the sound of the r6, omfg

  • That's what I call riding

  • To everyone how tries to provide a technical comment, proof reading is essential, if you want your thoughts interpreted correctly. Otherwise it may end up looking like the comment below. "try to push up your ass".... @PedtheFox, what were you trying to say....lol

  • @leedaocheng just pushing with the legs. I guess you are sit on a chair right now, so grab the desk with your hands and try to push up your ass, then, move sideway opening your knee, and back. On a bike it's not so different except you MUST push on the bar to turn in the corner.

  • @leedaocheng Physics my friend

  • I love the quality of your film work! Please zoom out more often so we can see the entire corner and the lines the riders take, also it let's us see how fast they are truly navigating the corners, thanks.

  • I Like!!! Great video, shows great Body positioning and good lines A+++

  • man i wish i had a sweet ass road like this around me :(

  • is it me or is there a white glow around the riderss?

  • @natedogg236 i saw that too!!!!

  • Damn these guys can ride!

  • Nice riding.

  • I'm not a Yamaha fan but I have to recognize that Darko's R6 sounds very nice, much better than Paul's CBR 600... Why?

  • @cduarte35 Because it's a Yami.

  • @cduarte35 cbr has stock exhaust?

  • How fast are they going?

  • Nice! Like! ;)

  • The R6 is spacey ;). Nice bike. Which camera do you use in the video's?

  • What do you think would happen if I am just cruising along and these guys come behind me? want to race?, go tot he tracks / speedway .

  • Darko on his raced out R6 reminds me of Mark Miller doing the same up there

  • LED strips are so Ebay looking, just my opinion. His riding on the other hand is great

  • abo gg abo?

  • Skills > Leds

  • How fast are they going? Does not feel like 35mph.

  • Why did the R6 have his lights painted over?? whats the reasoning for it?

  • @ReconNineSCII They're not painted over. Looks like a custom fairing with LED strips.

  • checkout my r1 burnout video

  • great skills!the alien rider rocks!

  • the lights on the black one would be a bitch magnet if they were red and did the night rider thing

  • very therapeutic,,watching em flick their bikes...nice vids dude, keep em coming!!!

  • very nice riding. can't stand the look of that r6 though (the led strips on the front), but that's just personal preference.

  • Siiiick!!!

How freakin tall is Darko? I never seen anybody sit that far back in the seat while leaning.

  • That R6 is the meanest thing I've seen today.

  • i see aura

  • sexy r6 ferring

  • Nice riding, nice camera skills too! What year CBR?

  • 04-05 R6's are still one of the best 600's around. I have crashed on the wall portion and it is not fun...turn is more difficult that it looks. Actually, this whole canyon is more technical the any videos make it look. These two are extremely talented and I would be honored to ride with them one day. Thanks for the video and major props to the riders.

  • @noodles7788 is there just a weird camber to that corner? so many people stack it there i always wonder why. doubt im going to go there as i like in the uk,,, but just curious. Ive only been riding a year and havent even managed to get my knee down yet, no matter how much twist of the wrist i read lol; so i think these guys are pretty amazing too!

  • The r6's exhaust is lower i thought

  • if the night rider had a bike that would be it.

  • Comment removed

  • That R6's LEDs are unreal.

  • Is that an R6 with the LED's in the front?

  • Sick video! I love how you followed the same riders around in many different locations. Made it seem more like watching MotoGP or something. I'm loving it so much that I actually paused the video to make this comment, so I can go back up & finish watching. And how sick is that black bike! Dude's like a Death Rider or something. Love it!

  • Biking as art , beautiful!

  • Thank you very much Rnickeymouse for the videoes and the resolution of the same ones!!!.

  • los mejores por lejos!!! pero porque ellos no se caen como varios que vi antes, si se inclinan mas inclusive!! alguien podria explicarmelo por favor???... Muchas gracias Rnickeymouse por los videos y la resolución de los mismos!!!!!

  • rnickeymouse, what is the average speed these guys are going through these turns? thank you in advanced!

  • No crash...... thats not what we where expecting....

mulholland vid's are always with crashes

  • Oh, c'mon Lorenzo and Rossi! Take your helmets off and admit you love Mulholland's Snake better than GP track!

  • which ones Darko and which ones Paul ?

  • This is how it's done. Good ole' monday riding...

  • @Adeysworld Thanks Adey... Yeah, it keeps me out of trouble,,,and out of harms way..lol ;)

  • @bassgypsy00 You're the rider that asked me if i was going on a ride when i was going to work on my yellow SV650! I asked you if you were going to Malibu, and you said (nonchalantly), "yeah, gonna hit up the snake". I like how when i told you to "ride safe" you said "ALWAYS". Right on man, maybe next time i'll play hooky. Great video guys! .. my favorite part is at 0:23 when you hug the rockwall in the downhill right hander. i hate that turn.

  • @ar007d Good memory! And of course, riding safe just means within ones own ability, right ;) Btw, the trick to the rockwall or over hanging rock as I call it, is to go in deep and apex late. that should change your perspective!

  • @bassgypsy00 Riding on the street a late apex is pretty much always preferable. You look like a good rider but personally I can't do streets again. It's never 100% safe. Had three friends go down this year in canyons. One dead because he was pushing like on a track. The other two w/ severe injuries, riding well within their limits but taken out by oncoming traffic that crossed a double yellow. Same almost happened to me on my last Snake ride. Never again, I can ride faster and safer at a track.

  • I want to see those LED strip headlights at night, how much light do they really put out in front of the bike?

  • What year R6 is that? Is that an '02?

  • This here are among 2 reasons why I love 600s more than litre bikes. Of course, any bike ain't worth spit if you don't have awesome riders like these 2! :)

  • @MetalBeetle Those riders could have done the same thing on litre bikes.

  • @yammieR12003 Thanx for replying. I'm pretty sure they would. :) But I'm not living in the States, I'm in faraway Malaysia where it's tropical. The canyon roads are generally narrow and bumpy as heck if not full of potholes. As an aside, bikes here are ridiculously expensive. Try US$20K for a 2011 R6 where most earn less than US$1K per month. So most who could afford superbikes are super-rich. Visit the garages of these "high-end" bike shops and you'd find many, many mangled liter bikes...

  • @MetalBeetle Im familiar with Malaysia - I lived in SG for a year for school and visited Malaysia a couple of times. Yes... the roads are pretty bad there.

  • That beautiful.

  • Are these guys the best riders on Mulholland?

  • Awesome!

  • Nice to see people out having a good time!

  • dude you need to make a warren miller like documentary of the scene up there, good cuts + new music = profit! Do it! The time is now!

  • I didn't know Ghost Rider was in the states!?

  • Thats some damn good riding by those guys but god when i see that date at the top and see people riding in such nice weather it makes me cry! living in wisconsin you gotta cherish the time youve got to ride.

  • Amazing video and riding skills, my congratulations to both riders.

  • Paul your looking awesome, aggressive and great form :) some of your best riding yet....Very proud of you

  • They come from Chechnya xD

  • ładnie łoją

  • is there anywhere that i can get picks of darko's bike

  • Love the LED Mod to the front fairing... flat black looks terrible though!

  • These guys are so smooth it looks like it's effortless to drag a knee haha!!! Take care guys, watch out for lane challenged "people" in boxes, and keep sharing these nice videos!

  • damn these guys are nasty

  • Nice Weather compared to Switzerland :P

  • tha fuck? those LED's look like crap. Awesome riding!

  • They are good riders and very braves taking turns.

  • Great Job on the Video Ken! Thank you :)

James, what can I say, your a machine...lol

    *Paul*

  • @bassgypsy00 It's been a while since I've seen you on the hill Paul. *Marc*

  • Hey Marc, Good to hear from you! Yeah, I rarely ride the Snake on Weekends anymore for obvious reasons...lol I see your still organizing rides for SCAR, which is cool...

  • thats not fair... in germany its about 3-4 degrees.:(

  • Awesome

  • i like the new way you are filming this. ( not all from one corner) it keeps my attention alot more :)

  • Darko is from Croatia?
