this is just the kinda thing i wondered about? just b/c u set up a zone 2 legalize drug-selling 2 minimize violence in neighborhoods doesn't mean u necessarily eliminate the criminal element. all they did was concentrate it in one big potentially volatile place! rapes, fights among rival crews, abuse, overdose, assaults & fights by drug fiends. i don't see how the police averted the violence they were trying 2 reduce by creating this zone. in the long term, this place would've been deadly!
