@BeatMyMetal its called a moller technique, you have to hit once on the way down with the shoulder of the stick, and once on the way up with the tip of the stick :D

Another thing you can do is practise on pillows as they have no rebound and therefore it builds your wrist muscles up

First of great cover, and ive noticed some comments saying that they struggle doing the fast notes on the hi-hat and ride. I had the same problem, but what you need to do is make sure you have sticks that your comfortable using i.e. not to heavy, like my ahead sticks i was using when i tried to do it the first time :L. And there is a wrist technique to it as well, it's hard to explain, but just search it on youtube as fast drumming technique or something and it should come up.
