  • @311094beatlemaniatic Thanks so much and glad you enjoyed.

  • finally, a tutorial by someone who isnt a prepubescent middle school kid.

  • @Zofnok Ha ha...

  • This is somewhat hard for me .

  • @Ruzik123 Just keep at it, It was hard for all of us at first. Good luck.

  • thanks! the hook is tricky though so i'll just have to play that with my voice. :D

  • @XightBike You're welcome and thanks for the comment. Good luck with the hook.

  • Hi Joe, thanks for great clear lessons.

I love this song and with it you are taking me up the fretboard into the dusty unexplored regions.

  • @banjohopeful The "dusty unexplored regions" very poetic. I love this song too and I'm glad you liked the lesson. Thanks so much for the support. Cheers.

  • @jpm2u

Could You Please E-mail Me A Copy On How To Play The Notes? I'm fairly new to playing the guitar and the video was great but I couldn't understand the fingerings too well....

  • @MegaMrSuperfly

Hi there Superfly, Wish I could but it don't really do that. In the future, I hope to get printed chords and

tabs. I have quite a few requests for notes/tabs etc. Keep at the guitar and keep practicing, it will come to you.

It took me a long time too.

  • You're awesome!

Hopefully I can play as good!

  • @Mal0ri3 Very kind, Thanks Malori. I'm sure you can. Looking forward to more vids from you. :)

  • Thanks for posting. I love the sound of it up on the 5th fret. Could you show me how you finger the F#m up on the 5th fret? It looks as if you're playing a Dmaj7 chord. Maybe I'm mistaken. Thanks and keep up the excellent playing!

  • @Prickford711

You're right, it's a Dmaj7 minus pressing down the 5th fret of the A string (which would make it a Dmaj7).

So the chord is XX7675. Glad you liked the vid and thanks for the comments. Joe

  • @jpm2u

Awesome, Thanks Joe! I'll be playing this version for a wedding next weekend. Thanks to you it will sound great.

  • @Prickford711

    Knock 'em out!

  • AWESOME VOICE

  • @tenminutemiler

Oh how I wish, but thanks anyway friend.

  • The chords in open position are:

    Verse: A, E, F#m, A7 then D, Dm, A (and repeat)

    Bridge: F#m, D, G, A, then F#m, B, Dm7, A

    Link: A, E

    Coda: A, E, Dm7.....A then E, A.

I hope this helps and sorry the lesson wasn't as clear as it could have been.

Thanks for the comments and support. Joe

  • @jpm2u thanks much ! mark v

  • @agamandri

    You're welcome, my friend.

  • thanks for this great lesson! could you also show the strumming patterns for it?

  • @qdn25

Sorry, about the strumming. On my newer vids, I usually show the right hand. The strumming on this is not that difficult. I don't think I'll be posting the strumming for this any time soon. In the meantime, listen to the song and watch my vid again a few times and try to find something that sounds good for you to play. I spend hours and hours listening to Beatles songs until I find something that is similar to the real song but also something that is a bit me. Good luck. Thanks.

  • great lesson, easy to follow... nice voice too. can you send me the tab or chords pls... thank you.

  • @ohjm

Thanks for the kind words. The chords are not that hard and I think you can see them clearly on the vid, but I'll try to send you the chords, okay. Thanks again.
