I noticed that mistake way back when watching Commando on vhs back in the 80s.

It totally destroyed my faith in Arnold, he wasn't strong after all!

My Fav mistake is the scene where he leaves the mall... He get's hit by a car in the parkade and his wallet flies out of his pants and is left on the ground. Later on he pulls it out to show a picture of his daughter. There are so many great moments in this flick!
