  • nice tips...helps keep me on track. eat raw fruits and veggies...stay away from processed foods, eating junk makes being healthy impossible...junk is not worth it if you want to be thin

  • Is it ok to not eat for 2 days, so my body can use the food I ate, 3 days in a row? I ate alot, so yeah.... I'm gonna try and not eat today (2nd day) and start eating 500cal a day tomorrow. It's been hard so iv been failing. But I'm really motivate now :D it kinda sucks that my salad dressing from "marketside" is mostly fat. It's really good tho haha

  • For my sweet tooth I drink the SoBe Fuji Apple Cranberry juice thingy--it's an average sized bottle but only contains 15 calories for the ENTIRE thing

  • @mahnea747 I just drink the 0 calories ones, they don't have artificial stuff & even have vitamins. :)

  • @mahnea747 Yeah I do too most of the time, but there's one of them with I think 90 cals but it tastes exactly like Peachy-O's [my favourite candy] so I get the taste but way less cals

    0calorie Equal is my savior : ) I have a sweet tooth myself, I'll add a couple teaspoons of it on just about anything to give it a nice taste...even ice water! haha

    But I have noticed it triggers cravings..I'm still working on that.

  • You didn't acknowledge the diff btwn healthy fats Vs unhealthy fats. Certain fats are beneficial, ie: olive oil, sunflower oil, avocados, fish oil (not recommended for vegans/vegetarians), flax oil, & others. Again, all properly in moderation.

    Frozen fruit stops the craving for sugary junk food, btw. It's delish & healthy!

  • Eat alot of grain like bread, it contains fiber to keep you full longer. Stay away from high carb foods like : bread.

  • the thing that I do to stay fit (very fit actually) is this, eat very little, take quite a bunch of vitamins, do lots and lots of activities. Swimming, Biking, Hiking, Walking and lifting HEAVY weights. I get up and do chin up and then have ZERO breakfast, at lunch I have 1 doughnut and coffee. I dont eat salad or grains or fruit etc. My dinner is the kiddie meal at Mc Donalds, with Diet Pop.

    There you have it. And yes at nights for a snack I will have 3 or 4 rice crispy squares with milk

  • great tips. i found a good one on some site the other day that said when eating salads, put your dressing on the side but don't dip your salad in the dressing... dip your fork in the dressing and then stick it in your salad, that way you get just enough but a very tiny amount of actual dressing, i.e. less fat.

    also, there are some studies that show sniffing a banana, apple, or peppermint helps reduce hunger.

  • tip number 4 sounds like an anorexic type habit. my friend who had anorexia would compulsively move around all the time, she could never sit still. once she clenched her muscles through and entire movie to "burn more calories". not healthy.

I am a doctor that deals with these children every day, I watch them starve themselves to death and 69% have told me that these sites helped them starve themselves and pushed them over the edge

  • hey something i noticed in your vid, the tips are actually pretty healthy. moderation, activity. keep healthy. theres a book that might help, its the japanesse woman dont get fat or old book. it has more tips like these.
