I dont think that pavements are a neccesity,what a load of crap!I did see some beggars while in goa and even more in kerala,again its about basic human needs.Food,clothes and a roof over their heads!

Goa is so tame compared to other parts of India. For instance, the big cities (Delhi, Mumbai, etc), try Bihar or Bijapur. I take it this video was a joke, right? People who go to just Goa and come back saying they have been to India really make me laugh!

are you kidding me? seriously? this video is in no any representation of indian poverty and i'd worry so much more about the thousands of people dying in that same country than some tourist getting sick from a petty pizza craving.
