  • Just wondering why should i keep my photos on another hard drive? I'm new to photography and am currently taking a class at college. My teacher "which has 14 years of experience," gave the exact same advice.

  • I have a NAS server Quadcore laptob, and a Quad core desk top. I would like to access the photos from the server on either CPU. Is that the best way to use lightroom with my set up or just import them on one the individual computers?

  • what if I don't have a card reader, I plug my camera into my computer (PC). Is there a way for it to automatically import into lightroom, or at least give me the option automatically to edit it in Lightroom3? And for it to always put a copy on my external hard drive?

  • i have some raw files in iphoto and i try to import them into lightroom and it will not let me, it shows all of the jpegs that i took but none of the raw files, is there any way to fix this?

  • i just got a d7000 and light room 3 and it wont let me just impost the raw files help!

  • @1212mikey1212

    Got the same problem. :x

  • No big deal but... I can't seem to find Tone Curve Strong in my develop settings menu. I have Tone Curves Flat, and Medium Contrast Plus. Does this apply to anyone else?

  • Thanks so much for the video Jared and Greg!!

  • Thanks a lot for that, I have only just recently got Lightroom 3 and just looking at it looks confusing haha. I'm use to using Photoshop for everything regarding post processing. This little videos are helping me greatly.
