I see. It's just that I have the same sort of diffuse scattering in my crystal. Mine is not monoclinic though.

And what was the crystal?
@MrAglie - this is a somewhat old set of images. I don't have the identity of the material, but it's probably one of a number of solid-state crystals that show a large amount of diffuse scattering.
