It's a book in the bible..I think that's why it's called joshua..perhaps it's supposed to be more of a spiritual song rather than a love song...just my opinion.

To clarify for ya man. This song was made and sung by Blyss. Blyss was the Lifehouse before they got a record deal but there was already a Bliss band and having 2 would be confusing. While they are not a "spiritual band" Jason does write about spiritual topics. He was a missionary's son and had a "christian group" called FYI before Blyss even. Don't be supirsed when artists write about spiritual topics even when they are not openly a christian band. You don't know their past.
