You cannot determine that the birth certificate is a forgery/fake by looking at a digital image of it.

Only the ACTUAL certified PAPER document matters, which the State of Hawaii has already confirmed is authentic.

The only dispute I have is that the state itself is not the owner, it is just another property owned by the same powers that be that control the media.
