Tantric Yoga - Spinal Cord Breathing

Please help me, when i move my spine side to sid i hear this breathing like noise, and it also happens if i rotate the top half of my body. Please could you help me know what this is asap, thank you

@spencergt3 it also makes breathing a little more difficult when doing it.
