A witness said that he told a man sitting near him that they had better move before a shot went off and hit someone. He said the man just looked at him and did not say word, then looked back at the commotion that what going on as LHO was being apprehended. He said he recognized that man as Ruby after Ruby shot LHO.

LO actions were not those of an innocent man. First he was seen, apparently, in the lunch room of the TSBD. He then decides to leave work and go to his boarding house pick up a jacket & most likely his pistol and take off walking. We'll never know exactly were he was going. He's stopped by Tippet and Lee shoots him and scampers to the movie theater apparently acting so strangely an employee there called the police. He hits arresting officer & pulls a pistol on him "this is it" he says! I'll say!

LHO smelled the setup and split. phoned his handler who told him to meet him at the Texas Theater. handler shoots Tippit while LHO waits in theater (concession server saw him enter between 1pm and 1:07pm). meets LHO, gives him the gun and tells him to sit tight awaiting further instructions. handler then phones police and tells them where to find "the assassin".

@RedStateRoy Donald House heard about the shooting in Dealey Plaza on the radio while driving a car. He stopped at a gas station and mentioned the shooting to the attendant. The attendant though House was involved by reasoning "If he (House) knew about the shooting he must have been involved with it". The attendant called police with a description of the driver, car and plate number. When police pulled him over they found a fair amount of dynamite in the car. House was eventually cleared.

House happened to be in the Ft.Worth area when his arrest took place. All of that came about because he had a radio in his car (a luxury item back then) and he heard about the assassination. When he mentioned to the gas station attendant about JFK, the

I now believe that he was not on the second floor at the time of the shooting but on the ground floor watching the parade. The encounter with police officer Baker happened on there on the ground floor just inside the doorway though later it was changed to the second floor. Oswald went there to get a coke either before or after the shooting (after talking with Baker on the ground floor)

The police had cornered the real assasin in a building and were about to do a full scale search when they were called away to the Texas movie theater. Why were the police stopped from searching the building where the real assassin was? Ah come on! Get real! You know why the cops were called away. We can't have the cops actually catching the real assassin when Oswald is ready and waiting in the Texas movie theater to play his patsy role !! The press report the wrong facts all the time in the rush to be first with the story. Dan rather reported James Brady died when Pres. Regan was shot. Rather even had a moment of silence for Mr. Brady. Was Dan Rather guilty of a conspiracy? No, just poor reporting.
Did you hear that? Oswald was "armed with a shotgun"! This "reporter" was obviously in on the assassination plot, or paid off to distort the facts, like when they initially identified the weapon found on the sixth floor of the TSBD as a "Mauser." On the other hand Jerry HILL, the Dallas Police Sergent, talked of a Pistol (minute 3.25) NOT an automatic removed from L.H.O during his arrest !J.D.Tippit was killed by an automatic !

A paraffin test was done on Oswald. Both hands tested positive but his cheek tested negative. The problem is that paraffin tests are virtually useless. Many other substances can give a positive result. On the other hand, a person who has just fired a gun can test negative. A paraffin test proves nothing one way or the other. They can not be used in court.

I had never heard of this mysterious car until now. Why were the police searching for in Fort Worth, thirty miles away? Where did the car description come from? A witness said that he told a man sitting near him that they had better move before a shot went off and hit someone. He said the man just looked at him and did not say word, then looked back at the commotion that what going on as LHO was being apprehended. He said he recognized that man as Ruby after Ruby shot LHO.

@RedStateRoy Donald House heard about the shooting in Dealey Plaza on the radio while driving a car. He stopped at a gas station and mentioned the shooting to the attendant. The attendant though House was involved by reasoning "If he (House) knew about the shooting he must have been involved with it". The attendant called police with a description of the driver, car and plate number. When police pulled him over they found a fair amount of dynamite in the car. House was eventually cleared.

I now believe that he was not on the second floor at the time of the shooting but on the ground floor watching the parade. The encounter with police officer Baker happened on there on the ground floor just inside the doorway though later it was changed to the second floor. Did you hear that? Oswald was "armed with a shotgun"! This "reporter" was obviously in on the assassination plot, or paid off to distort the facts, like when they initially identified the weapon found on the sixth floor of the TSBD as a "Mauser." OR (the other possibility): the news media, like the rest of our nation at the time, was taken so off guard and was so shocked and stunned that many mistakes were made in the initial reporting of the tragedy. But I think a conspiracy is more FUN!

If there's a way to piss off a bunch of cops more than by shooting one of their own, it's probably by shooting the President of the US and *then* shooting one of their own. Brewer and Postal called the cops because they knew they were looking for somebody and they could see Oswald was obviously trying to hide from them.

On this footage , we can CLEARLY notice (minute 0.28) that the window of the car mentionned by Mrs Markham is CLOSED . On the other hand Jerry HILL, the Dallas Police Sergent, talked of a Pistol (minute 3.25) NOT an automatic removed from L.H.O during his arrest !J.D.Tippit was killed by an automatic !

Arrested in the theatre after allegedly shooting Kennedy & Officer Tippit, a test found NO gunpowder residue on Oswald's hands or face. 2 of the recovered shell casings from Tippit's shooting were initialed by officer, but NO initials were found on the shells when they were analyzed for ballistics. Several witnesses claimed they saw 2 men accost Tippit, shoot him and walk-away in different directions. Years later, a Dallas officer's diary recorded he took part in Kennedy shooting & shot Tippit.

A paraffin test was done on Oswald. Both hands tested positive but his cheek tested negative. The problem is that paraffin tests are virtually useless. Many other substances can give a positive result. On the other hand, a person who has just fired a gun can test negative. A paraffin test proves nothing one way or the other. They can not be used in court.

I had never heard of this mysterious car until now. Why were the police searching for in Fort Worth, thirty miles away? Where did the car description come from? Researching police reports from that day should answer these questions. There does not seem to be any discussion of a mysterious car in Dealy Plaza. Was a similar car seen at the scene of the Tippit murder? There has to be a reason for stopping this car and arresting the driver. Does anyone have information on this subject?

The Dallas police transmissions told of a civilian spotting a car with a rifle in the backseat, the cops found the car and it didn't pan out as having anything to do with JFK. When someone is locked into thinking only of conspiracy it has EVERYTHING to do with it.
The police transmission also have the cops chasing a man in a library in the other direction of Jefferson Ave. as the theatre and you hear the cop screaming into the mike and actually hear his tires skidding all over the place.

The cops were responding to someone running into the library and it turned out to be someone telling a friend about the President being shot. ("Police Chief Curry's JFK Assassination File, 1969")
