i fail to see how nobody gets this guide. first get a odd key stone and place it in the hollowed tower, after that talk to 32 people or the same person but you have to go in and out of you're secret base each time you talk to that same person. Go back to the hollowed tower and press A on the hollowed tower Spiritomb appears it worked for me.

how do you find the secret base? I have the odd keystones and the rock pile says it is hollowed tower and I have talked to 33 people but they were in a different town and there was no secret base

@mgrout12: You have to make a Secret base by yourself. Talk to the man in the house next to the Pokémon Center in Eterna City. When you made a Secret Base, you'll need two Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum games. Go to the Underground with both games and talk with each other 32 times, while going inside and outside the Secret Base.
