Plus, in the original series, Lynn eventually grows up, by the end of the original series, Kenshiro is in his early 30's. Then another decade passes and in this one, he's in his 40's, and in fact, more powerful than ever. This Kenshiro is 10 times more powerful than the one who fought Raoh.

Kenshiro looks young because, in real world martial arts circles, the stronger a martial artist's chi, the younger they look.
