I wonder why we get to see the picture of the entire ballot at 1:04 but we get a cropped shot of the one that the video is ranting about. There are a lot of reasons why the ballots got rejected--they weren't signed, there was a mark elsewhere on the ballot, etc. Show us a picture of the entire ballot so we can see if there wasn't another reason why it was rejected.

Look at the photo at 1:04 - of course that's a vote for Franken. The voter should have asked for a new ballot but clearly tried to X out the vote for Coleman. The vote for Franken is clearly marked and not altered.
