The secret is NOT true. You might achieve something by thinking about it all the time, because your subconsciousness is aware of your desires - and bases your actions upon them. But you're thoughts do not change the world around you. Your actions do.

If you saved up money for something, got tax back etc. it doesn't count, thats you making changes. I don't believe in The Secret but I do believe in The Law of Attraction that what comes around goes around. There is a woman on youtube that has made 11 100 day challenges. She still lives the same place with the same things.

@ILoveKira1209 Thats really the problem with The Secret that they persuade people by speaking to their core personality and gut and they get hypnotized into thinking that it works because this product throws people off balance because its a big pattern interrupt of how people used to look at things. But if it makes you happy now its fine but some day when trouble comes you will wish you believed different. This video proves nothing. I hope The Secret will help making you spell better.

The secret is made in a way where they can always blame you for failing. Its made like the old one. There is two pieces of cake, a big one and a small one. My brother takes the big one. I get angry and say "You took the big one", he says "What would you have done?" I can say anything and he is always right. If I say "I would take the small one" he can say "whats the problem then?" If I would take the big he could say "Then you are no better than me?". No one can blame them for failure.

I did everything the secret teaches together with a friend. I read affirmations every morning and evening, had future boards, mind movies and made page after page with the exact things I wanted etc. For three months my life was dedicated to make it work. Nothing happened. My bank account had the same amount, my weight was the same and I was still looking for love. I started to do what Anthony Robbins said and started to get everything. My friend is still stuck with the secret.

A lot of people watch the Secret 10+ times and never get anything but dreams. The only way to become part of a dream is to step into it. Action steps is needed and hard work. I have a academic background and also look at things to see if they make sense. There is no scientific proof that the principles taught in the secret works. On the contrary you can read in the book 59 seconds that many of their principles will make people sad and frustrated because they don't work.

Here is now things is. You worked from 9 to 5, made a budget, put some money aside and finally you had enough for your trip. So, did the Secret do this? No, anybody could have done this without knowing about the so called secret. Is the secret a scam? Yes and No. The principle about the law of attraction is that "what goes around comes around" but as they show it you can get anything just by your thoughts. Working hard is the only way to get anything so their representation is a scam.

The Secret is not a scam. It is a marketing strategy that sells people emotional security. As far as I know there is no scientific evidence that can support it's claims about the universe or The Law of Attraction. It is an ideology that is only supported by peoples own experiences who believe it acutally works. The same is for people who have lucky charms, read horiscopes, NLP, etc.

Remember that if this was science, it would taught in a classroom, not in someones basement.

You know you are right... i did book and pay for that holiday, but 3 months before i did not have enough money to go to the park for a picnic... you see my dear the manifestation started way before i got to that holiday! i love reading comments from people who put down the secret, if this is not you cup of tea then find something that is an stop stealing other peoples joy, at the end of the day the secret is very inspirational and wether its true or false it still gives people the motivation and drive to achieve more in there lives, yes i believe there are people out there to scam but you get that in all areas of life and its somrthing that is not going to stop.
