  • Nice machine i like it what is the rpm on this on?

  • Depends on which spindle is ordered with the machine. Generally, 40,000 to 60,000 RPM.

  • What RPM Coolant, and motor horsepwoer is that?

What are the plunge rates and feedrates we are seeing here?

  • 40,000 to 60,000 RPM depending on spindle selected. The coolant is ethanol for aluminum or non-ferrous metals (which provides a better cut and evaporates so no degreasing is necessary) and for steel we have an oil-based micro-jet. Spindle horsepower is up to 4 HP, but keep in mind, these machines are used for microtooling and machining small parts ... so high horsepower and torque is not needed or ideal. Plunge rate is a variable that depends on the tool being used and the part being made.
