I only wish more medic achievements were doable in normal games like in the pyro patch. You either have to be a useless medic and start whacking away with your bonesaw the whole match or go to servers made for medic achievements. It's a shame when the madic has so much to gain in any role; Blutsauger is an effective spy check so uyou know who you're healing, and the Ubersaw makes Ubers even easier to get, just whack the occasional Scout and continue healing.

Both medics have ubersaws, so once one medic deploys an uber, the other hits enemies a few times with his saw to charge his uber. Then they switch off, so the other medic will deploy his uber that time, and it goes in a cycle from there. As long as each medic can hit an enemy a few times with his saw, then they can keep ubering back and forth.

Actually there're quite a lot possibilities to defeat a Ubersaw combo. You can blow the guys apart with stickies or rockets or you can just hide until the uber wears out. Also sentries work wonders.

There are several achievement servers that help you earn the achievements. I only need 1 more achievement to unlock milestone 3 and get the Ubersaw, I gotta get a total of 1000000 heal points which is very hard...

Why not? Listen just try this: after unlocking Blutsauger or any other weapon uber yourself in spawn. While ubered go to medic load-out screen and choose to change or keep one of the weapons. That's it. Now you are self ubered and can use syringe or saw while ubered

The point is that 2 medics uber each other in turns, and while one uses up his uber on both of you, the battle-medic uses the Ubersaw to recharge his Uber in a matter of seconds. Then roles change.
