1st You just went onto the Dealer portion of the website. The dealer interface is meant for "THE DEALERS" not the consumer. Wow!!! How some people will go to this extent to try and connect the consumer to the dealer interface.

All I can say is the language on the "Dealer side" is meant to prevent fraud. If you want to submit info on the "Dealer side" you are committing fraud because you are not a dealer.
