1) Fire works are these small but non-dangerous explosive items. It's fun to see them pop and fly off into the air.

2) Cook-Outs are the same as Barbecues. Barbecues are where people grill food and socialize.

They haven't made any new express your self comericals on disney channel for a long time the last time they made new ones were in 2006 with JUST the hannah montana cast. They used to do new ones every year with all the sieny channel cast memebers then after naturally sadie and sute life came out they started just doing new cast memebers and now nothin' but Hannah Montana cast from over 2 years ago.
