  • I'm searching for the lost chord!

  • there's just one man with this instrument ......and the God's name is Michael!!

  • I really learned a lot from his songs in terms of articulation, phrasing, harmonic, tone concept

  • Check out my rendition of Doxy on piano!!

  • It's Tain at 0:36

  • Rollins...what a beautiful big sound!!

  • 6:28 -- he looks like Colonel Sanders! We love ya Sonny.

  • A poet....An American ICON.....

  • 00:35, Tain watts!

  • the biggest saxist!!!

  • His sunglasses are too fabulous for words just like his gloriuos music.

  • Nice little quote of Mr. P.C. at 7:00min

  • The real question is...who's making Sonny's sunglasses? They are the hippest! Can't find them!

  • not gods just men who truely express their souls

  • 5 stars!

  • he also joins them as the gods

he is just, a giant, a master, no words can describe what i felt while listening the concert!

  • It's refreshing and quite a relief to see a TRUE SAXOPHONE COLOSSUS STILL ALIVE with so many legends gone. Fuckin awesome!

  • What's the name of the song playing in the background at 1:30?

  • Tenor Madness.

  • Thank you very much!

  • What a Ledge! Straight, no chaser.

Loved Sonny's closing words, "......stay well, be happy, be kind, be good, be right, be just, be cool." ; that's the real deal folks.

    Thanks for this video post.

  • I was lucky to have caught Mr Rollins' concert in Seoul last May. Stellar. Sonny was on fire and the band was grooving. Got to meet the band backstage, but Sonny himself was apparently tired and not receiving non-special guests. Too bad, but the show was outstanding just the same.

  • Jazz is really something else. There's a lot more to it than you think growing up.

  • I totally agree with this statement, dude

  • Sonny is the Saxophone Colossus, period.

He is one of the most down to earth, humble people I have ever met.

    I love ya Sonny.

  • He's amazing. He's a artist that will endure time. He Already has.

  • cool music great player. I hope I'm still rockin' at that age!!

  • 'm I'm still rockin' at that age!

  • Rolllins is 78, not 48 ;)

  • You´re right!!! I wanna be still rockin´ at that age! 78 and 48, what difference, when are still tuned? Hope so!!!!
