  • @otnomnoraa lol i think u have a big lack of humor, pliz dont reply and i swear i dont read :-)

  • nl the best

  • this is a king

    his left hook is great

  • doin his best not to look down her top lol

  • HE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE UFC FOR THROWING A BLOODY NASTY MOUTH PEICE INTO THE CROWD.....F*KING GROSS

  • "im gonna be back before the end of the year and we're gonna do it then. Oh yea, we're gonna do it then."

  • actually Karyn hit the nail on the head saying " whats in the milk over there" its true Dutch ppl are the tallest in the world and one big theory is that its the milk. We drink alot of milk each day and perhaps more than other countries. And maybe the milk content helps but I wouldnt know that.

  • i dont get it, to be a ufc fighter you need a shit load of dexterity, speed, stamina etc. why didn't he go with basketball and make more money instead of getting knocked out all the time. and @AlwonDomz you realize what you said made no sense right

  • Netherlands diet: very high amounts of calcium, easy to grow longer bones.

  • @SinisterSkip not true, you can drink all the milk you want, but your body will never take any calcium from that. The body cannot process the carbonate calcium from milk. Only calcium we get is from certain vegi's ... boerenkool is a dutch stew that contains alot so maybe thats where the calcium comes from, but you don't grow from calcium.

  • @CCDevlin

High amounts of calcium obviously are not enough to grow, you also need to absord the calcium. However, calcium carbonate is still partly absorbed. Worse than (the more rare) calcium citrate, but still an amount that can make a difference when you're between 1 and 12 years old, when calcium absorbtion from any source is significantly higher than between 12-18 and later.

In the end though, calcium or not, we must agree: genetics + childhood nutrition and common wealth, major factors

  • @SinisterSkip true. But many ppl still believe that milk is good for grown ups. Especially in the Netherlands ppl are brought up with so much milk propaganda that its hard to make them believe anything else. The fact is milk does nothing for us grown ups. In fact its even being connected with breastcancer. And what ppl here believe is that calcium from mllk hardens the bones which is totally not true. Sad thing is dutch milk producers even advertise with "extra calcium" on their cartons.

  • @CCDevlin

Well, that's because of capitalism. The netherlands are a heavy milk producing country, hence they promote milk :) Milk is not a wonder, but it's not as bad as many say either imo. It contains a bit of protein (3%, not very high, but when you drink 250-300ml, that's 8grams, same as an egg). A good little extra addition to a protein high diet for when you have heavy workouts.

  • @SinisterSkip yes but its not about whey or protein for me. The downsides of milk are hormones. Some hormones are supplemented to the cows and some come natural. The industrially added hormones can give women breast cancer. Another hormone can cause problems for the human thyroid. There are so many reasons. I have a great article on this but its in dutch and i dont know the english term for these hormones (BGH and TSH)

  • @CCDevlin

If you care about hormones in your food, you'll have to cut EVERYTHING that's cattle related in your diet. If you care about hormones, you have to cut all plastics your use to store anything you put in your body, because it contains estrogen like hormones etc. Where do you put the line about how much you care? Even in whole foods there's poisons to up the conservation rate.

If you care about every additive or waste product, good luck on getting 2500 calories in.

  • @SinisterSkip

You can get cancer from everything. You can ever get diabetes from a high protein diet if you believe the crap studies some dutch (!) scientists put out these days, which are quoted all the time in papers etc. All you can do is eat the least processed food possible, but there will almost always be some form of processing or genetic mutations to up production, conservation etc. Just have to deal with it.

  • @SinisterSkip i know and I have not stopped eating dairy products. I just don't drink milk anymore. The thing is that I'm mentioning this because we do need to get rid of all the hormones and all the additives. Maybe some day...

  • @CCDevlin

It's all about the belgian blues baby! watch?v=Nmkj5gq1cQU

Real meat without any hormones :) Selective breeding is all that's needed.

  • @SinisterSkip wow... what the hell. Did they consult with the cows first? They look unhappy and they look like they can hardly stand on their feet, since they are twice as heavy!

  • @CCDevlin

How do you know if a cow looks happy? Does he otherwise smile? If you look at a normal cow standing in the grass, he stares at you just as static and indifferent as this one.

  • @SinisterSkip i know just imagining the weight on their shoulders .... eventhough the legs are strong its still a load to carry. Look at human bodybuilders... they are not walking like little ballerina's .. they cant really walk long walks either. All due to the muscle they carry being way more than the human skeleton is built for. Same might be the case with these cows. Anywayz im off. The scarce sun is waiting.

  • And don't forget, all the whey and many casein protein powder comes straight from milk, all over the world. Without milk, it'd probably be harder/ more expensive to make those powders. That's not from propaganda, it's a simple fact. For 55 euro's, you have 10lbs (4.5kg) whey these days, that contains of close to 80% protein. That's REALLY cheap.

  • What is the name theme music of Sean McCorkle when he came out on Stefan Struve???

  • 185? He must have been a RAIL. Silva's a rail at 185, and he's about half a foot shorter.

  • you gota admit stefan struve has been filling out.

  • @EricHesson25 chara is 6'9

  • @EricHesson25 Chara is 6'9

  • she likes him too <3

  • Is he taller than Zdeno Chara?

  • @isocrate27 ya hes 6'11 chara is only 6'7... haha only

  • He looks like a giant 13 year old

  • SHE TOTALLY BLEW HIM AFTER THIS INTERVIEW

  • he is a good fighter but he is only good because he is tall.

  • Holland has some tall ass people

NO OFFENSE, MY BEST FRIEND AND EVERYONE AWESOME IN MY LIFE IS DUTCH

  • Roy Nelson fucked this kids shit up!

  • She's totally flirting with him! She'd be a good MILF..

  • @Kellysayshello you asshole

  • @FIGHTFANNERD3 FUCK YOU, NERD.

  • Awesome interview, finally a woman who asks intelligent questions to fighters! Stefan Struve is a great fighter, I hope he gets a title shot after another victory!

  • @BigBadass87 Hahaha, you really think his next fight is going to be a title eliminator? Guy's won one straight fight, and that was against a wet-behind-the-ears newcomer who dismantled Struve in a 10-8 round before getting cheapshotted and going into barroom brawl mode. Not gonna happen. Agreed on the interviewer, though; not often do you see MMA reporters (regardless of gender) being both personable and, err, competent. Good interview.

  • @Aisukurimuaisukurimu Well, one of my favorite fighters Brock Lesnar got a title shot after only winning 1 ufc fight, Why not Struve? He has a good record (more than 1 win in the ufc) and the other heavyweights that are good already have title shots in the bag (Cain, Dos Santos). Struve has nasty submission skills, not sure if you have seen many of his fights, and with his last win being a KO victory he showed us that he has punching power too.

  • @BigBadass87 The heavyweight division was barren until recently, and do keep in mind there was also an interim title in existence at the time, spreading an already thin division even thinner. Also, despite Struve being a more versatile fighter than Brock, obviously the guy isn't one tenth as marketable, so I doubt they're in any hurry to rush him into a title match. I can't imagine he'd want a shot right now, anyway; he must know he has some glaring holes in his game that the elite can exploit.

  • @Aisukurimuaisukurimu Well in 1 or 2 more fights that would be about a year to develop, I think that is all he will need, his ground game is excellent, and his striking is getting better, in another year I have to assume his striking will be better than just solid. While he isn't as marketable as the other big names in another year provided he wins his next 1 or 2 people will want to see him. His height is an attraction in itself, and his age will contribute to the attraction.

  • I cant believe Stefan threw that nasty ass bloody mouth piece in the crowd. The entrie crowd at the bar I was at almost threw up. lol

  • @AlwonDomz HE SHOULD BE FINED 100,000 PUNCHES TO THE FACE....THAT IS FUCKING NASTY.HEPABC

  • Struve is the man! What an awesome fight at UFC 117!

    Great interview!
